Festival Wear: Inspired by Grunge
Grunge is NOT dead! Inspired by Alt Rock, we channeled our inner 90's angst-ridden teenager (yes, its still in there) by opting for plaid, leather and combat boots. Pulling off this rebellious style is all about pushing your style boundaries by mixing things you don't think actually go together — gotta master that IDGAF attitude. Don't be afraid to pair a lace-up bodysuit with an embellished skirt, or break out your Dr. Martens with a slip dress (we know you wore docs in middle school but they're wayyy cooler now). Finish the look by throwing a comfy flannel around your waist and a choker. Oh, and don't forget: dark lips and eye-make-up-from-the-night-before.
Bands playing at ACL that we took inspiration from:
- Radiohead
- Cage the Elephant
- Local Natives
- Mumford & Sons
- LCD Soundsystem
- Haim
- Young the Giant
